Players playing current a Basileia ton Rhomaion (Byzantine Empire/ ERE) or Baltai (Balts) campaign might not be able to upgrade some recruited units. Also the garrison has to fill up again for the 2 exchanged units, f.e. Skutatoi. I am sorry!

I fixed the wrong garrison in Hira. I added the new loading screen logo. The Irish got a frontend minimap with correct capital name.
