Fixed invisible Gun Bug
Added GunPowder gathering recipes for 44. 45. and 38. Bullets
Added Salvaged SMG (This one took ages to make)
Added Salvaged Bullets
Added Large Ammo Boxes for Shrapnel Shells and Salvaged Bullets
Added New Icons for Shrapnel Shells and SR Bayonet
Added Gun Parts (Used in some Recipes, can be salvaged from Guns or found in Gunstores)

Added Salvaged Rifle
This new weapon has a usable bayonet, its only recommended to use this as a last resort if no better melee weapon is available.
This will also consume any loaded bullets or magazines, remove the magazine before using the bayonet.
Increased Air Tank spawnrates
