Added normal maps

Fixed some textures, added an option to take the belt off, thus creating a 3D belt, fixed minor issues with it. Added bodygroups for ranks. Addon size reduced from 47mb to 20mb

-Updated the face textures to look less moldy -Decreased the addon size

Updated the textures and the Shakos of the CO's to the latest version.

Fixed the Shako and the motorcycle helmet to look more modern and not like a Half Life 1 model
