Removed EU4 version restrictions (i.e. no more red exclamation mark for any version of EU4, as music is always compatible!).

Added contextual music compatibility with Anbennar.

If used in conjunction with Anbennar the themes are assigned to cultures as follows:

Admiralty - Alenic
Chaos - Gnollish
Commerce - Businori
Diplomacy - Anbennarian
Fertility - Halfling
Imperialism - Dwarven & Dostanorian
Nobility - Lencori
Order - Orcish & Escanni
Piety - Gnomish & Gerudian
Sovereignty - Kobold
Wonder - Elven
