V1.02:
- Fixed some Ruler Designer trait costs.

Fixes Below:
- Fixed an issue not allowing RtP artifacts to be equiped.
- Removed decisions to switch the hand used on some RtP weapons.
- Fixed issues relating to decisions appearing within submenus unrelated to them (eg. gambling within spellbook)
- Moved buying houses and subsequent upgrades within the Elder Kings marketplace submenu - as well as exploring the RtP marketplace.

- Fixed issues relating to crashes after a certain period of time.
- Fixed a bug that restricted unlanded players to call up their daedric patrons.
- Fixed a bug with societies and unlanded players still not being able to join.
