+ Introduced some Scenario specific sorts of equipment with new ACE-Logistic possibilities (like drag, carry and load into cargo)
specially for MMakers and Scenario oriented objectives, such as:
- Laptops
- Rugged laptops (both types - open and closed)
- Rugged Tablets
- Rugged computers
- Rugged computers combined with screens
- rugged Rack Servers
- Rugged routers
they all have their own drag, carry and cargo settings suitable for using them in scenario and RP-oriented missions.

+ Tweaked some basic settings of Assault Boat and Rescue Boat classes (all factions)
which now can float more like in real world (mainly improved the turning coefficients)

+ some minor tweaks
