Cleanup and sync with vanilla

- Added stringtable overrides for 6x ACOG, FAMAS, CZ 550
- Fixed optics inheritance
- Removed stringtable overrides for cleaver, pitchfork, meat tenderizer, tripwire trap, rabbit snare trap, fishnet trap and transit bus

- Fixed Scout config for 1.12
- Added AS Val and B95 to stringtable

- Removed pipe wrench and splint from override as they are in vanilla since 1.10

- Remove Desert Eagle from stringtable as it's in vanilla since 1.09

- Removed petrol lighter and Sporter 22 from override as they are officially in DayZ 1.08

- Update tent inheritance for 1.08

De-$UNT$-ified a few more items (hockey stick, pipe wrench, police baton, telescopic baton)
