Changes:

- Moved from direct whitelist based system to prefix based whitelist system enabling more vehicles to be reloaded utilizing this tool and it should work on future vehicles that follow the prefix system of LFS.

- Added Viewmodel
- Added an Error Printout Functionality to the reload key
- Added sounds that play while reloading and stop while finishing
- Changed finished reloading sounds specifically for primary and secondary ammo
