made husk bombers drop flash powder instead of uex again, this change was reverted some update back due to my oversight, Now the husk slasher doesnt spawn the jumplet if it has sustained enough damage to the Head, right now it's a bit experimental, but I will tune it out

Small fix to jumplets

Added jumplet, crablets that jump headcrab style when attacking, added husk salvagers(husk artifact) that wield one of the 5 artifacts, small adjustments to endworm,carrier leviathan and slasher now spawns a jumplet instead of a crablet, updated random events to contain the new creatures, custom missions for them coming later
