Updated to remove the SPAS-12, due to splitting the SPAS-12 into separate releases

Updated the left wrist on the shotgun again.

Fixed the left wrist being pinched in the crossbow animations.

Added Acoma's HUD icons. Black Mesa's weapon icon implementation is jacked up (icons aren't displayed 1:1), so I now pity anyone else who's ever had to work with HUD icons.

Updated vpk structure to work with new Workshop functionality.

Fixed the Tau Cannon's cylinder spinning the wrong way during the idle fidget animation.

Added some missing frames to the MP5's low idle sequence so it loops smoothly.

Tweaked the left wrist on the shotgun, and added back a deleted section of the left wrist so backfaces aren't exposed at certain angles during the pump sequences.
