Thank you @ -GK- Ot for the constructive input so I could fix this

added armor to craft list for platesmith workshop.

Changing research to blueprint only.

Switched from weapon vender to armor vender.

Added blueprints to mongrel weapons shop.

Adjusted the mesh to be more form fitting.

adjusted the weight painting to lessen the clipping / tearing.
