Remove
- removed all the "npc_theweeknd" materials, sounds, lua. (test object)
- removed all useless .mp3 and other
- removed Green/Black screen from the .vtx

Add/Change
* changed npc_purple to npc_tmbts (for "the man behind the slaughter")
* changed/added the category Nextbot TMBTS instead of Nextbot
* making Gif animation more slower
* fixed white lines in the corners from the tmbts.vtx
* added new JumpSound
* added new JumpHighSound
* added new TauntSound
* added new chaseMusic
* add SpringGuy Nextbot
