  • Overhauled Intelligent Plastics, Alt Alloys, Processed Goods and Giga Relays production chains.
  • Plastics Factory building and Goods Factory building are now unlocked by a new tier 1 Engineering tech, Intelligent Plastics.
  • Alt-Alloys Factory building and Rare Metal Applications edict are now unlocked by a new tier 2 Engineering tech, Alloy Alternatives.
  • Systems Factory building, Comms Array building and EmpireNet edict are now unlocked by a new tier 1 Physics tech, Giga Communications.
  • Plastics Factory, Goods Factory, Systems Factory and Alt-Alloys Factory flat production and upkeep changed to be in-line with the upkeep/production ratio of the jobs they provide.
  • Added new slide to end of slideshow with details.
  • All associated manufacturing jobs have had their upkeep and production revised. Dynamic upkeeps (switching resources and providing production bonuses according to resource stocks) still happens, but to a lesser degree. There is now a necessary fixed base upkeep of resources for a job that could result in a deficit of resources if it isn't met.
  • Blocker clearing techs now also unlock an associated Conservation planet decision.
  • Enacting a Conservation decision will convert all associated blockers into special deposits that cannot be cleared.
  • A planet decision to cease conservation will become available after using a conservation decision.
  • Intelligent Plastics can now be traded.
  • Added new planet decision, Wealth Injection, that increases Technician EC output for increased Wealth upkeep.
  • Correctly restricted a bunch of Wealth edicts that are useless for gestalts.

  • Removed a bunch of vanilla building over-rides and implemented AlphaMod's changes to them as new buildings instead.
  • Added some new impactful planet decisions that typically cost Wealth and/or Influence, and each usually requires a specific building on the planet in order to use them.
  • Added back-end function to clean up planet modifiers when a colony changes ownership.
  • Mod starbase buildings haz own icons now.
  • Added a bunch more informative slides to the workshop slideshow. Documentation? Nah.
  • Wageslave Wealth production nerfed from 0.5 to 0.25.
  • Overhauled EDAI for machine empires so it prioritises energy more.
  • Base market trade fee is now 50%, so you care about reducing it more.
  • Wealth now has an empire penalty if it's in deficit.
  • Started tech gating a few bits n bobs, since the mod's content now needs further integration into game progression.

Hotfix compensating for loss of admin cap from Clerks and vanilla rulers.

  • Government headquarters buildings job provision revised, with some bureaucrat provision now included.
  • Vanilla bureaucracy building job provision restored to vanilla rates.
  • Comms Array and Starbase Relay buildings now provide additional bureaucrat jobs.

  • Overhauled job weightings.
  • Removed now redundant over-rides of vanilla jobs. Any needed over-rides for Civic Virtues are now where they should be - in Civic Virtues.
  • Added further restrictions on jobs that can be taken by nerve-stapled pops.
  • Nerfed the hell out of Wealth production everywhere.
  • City Districts now provide an additional job, determined by Business policy.
  • Hostile habitable refinery districts now provide one appropriate refiner job and one appropriate mining job, instead of two refinery jobs.

Fix to EDAI health checker so it doesn't run on inappropriate worlds, such as those held by a crisis.

Please note, this bug was harmless and is not responsible for buggy crisis behaviour. That's all vanilla, and it only takes a few minutes of reviewing community feedback on current vanilla bugs to confirm that's the case.
