Changed the following cards:
- Willing to Fight: Shields - From Nothing to You may discard any item from the Market.
- Expedition to the Mainlaind: Skulls - From Nothing to You may discard any item from the Market.
- Imperial Spy-Network: From "Place 1 Garrison in each empty Hex without an X" to "Place 1 Garrison per player on the Capital."

- Fixed discard for feats being on the top of the deck instead the bottom.

- Deleted the buttom card of the feats decks that was used as a reference point for discarding and made the player boards the reference. Should result in a smoother Start.
- Fixed some issue with art being sideways
- Fixed Stand-In cards for Hordes/Legions
