-Dash attack can now be cancelled into a down tilt upon hit. This is to create some more follow ups. Even if you miss a down tilt, the horizontal boost could probably do some good.
-When under the effects of Yoshi Cookie, Egg Throw becomes faster and travels in a straight path instead of being affected by gravity, albeit with less lifetime than usual.

-Touched up forward tilt's animation frames a tad bit.
-Touched up down aerial's animation frames a tad bit so it's /slightly/ more clear when the falling down hit has become sour. Also adjusted the landing's end and whifflag frames.
-Down strong's animation has been slightly adjusted. Startup frames on pre and post-charge have been redistributed.
-Whifflag frames on forward and up strongs were fixed.
-Egg Throw's angling can now be locked by holding down.
