V2 - Big booms Small booms update

Added:
- TFAR Long range to all backpacks
- Icon and description for the mod in game and arsenal
- Galvanic rifle now pings
- Transuranic Arquebus - long range AT rifle be carefull with HE tho
- Plasma Caliver - rapid fire big booms watch where you point that thing
- Arc Pistol - 200m max range very high damage rest is kinda temporary
- Phosphor Serpenta - iluminate your enemies at night while they burn in phoshpor
