Adjusted artwork based on alpha 17.
the Pip is now visually located inside the generator, not on the front layer.
the UI icon and placeholder now have a meter.
the meter bulb is now glowing.
Fixed a problem related to the global lag of animal AI. When the Pip stopped running to look for and plant seeds, but there are no suitable seeds, now the Pip will immediately want to run again in the generator, instead of pretending to run on the place next to the generator.
