Magistralis v2.3 updated to v2.4

- gun rebalance: top railgun now works, removed bottom mid coilgun
- minor visual tweaks

Magistralis v2.2 updated to v2.3

- gun rebalance: ramoved bottom railgun, removed top mid coilgun, nerfed top railgun so it doesn't work anymore (lol)
- added cameras and searchlights to depth charge tubes
- done more changes to gunnery compartment
- done some more minor tweaks to the sub
- changed price from 36000 mk to 26000 mk
