Edited some of the asset creation properties so that hopefully it can spawn more often.

Fixed the Illumination map so that only the hoverboard lights up and not the entire figure. Also fixed some overlaping mesh, connected loose vertices, and refined the vertex groups so the figure should look solid and move more cleanly.
