2. Fixed states borders
3. Added the state of Sergipe & Alagoas (split from Pernambuco and Bahia)
4. Increased the rewards for industrial focuses for all brazilian countries
5. At least one Brazilian AI will be aggressive
6. Fixed the initial fleets & naval techs, the mod should work fine with Man the Guns now
7. Added new focus icons
8. Fixed conscription laws
9. Corrected localisation mistakes
10. Chaged São Paulo focus tree: simplified fascist and democratic branches, added LaR-only focus for flamethrowing armoured car
11. Added AI weights for São Paulo focus tree
12. Changed Rio Grande focus tree: tweaks to communist branch
13. All brazilian countries have minimum requiremets for creating their own factions
14. Probably more tweaks that I forgot...
