2.7 "Get rid of the ! Update"
Fixed automatic policy assignment for Human Players. (Human Players will ALWAYS start off with No Segregation). This should make the mod much safer for mid-game loading.
Adjusted code to determine who can utilize the policies. This should allow custom species categories to have the policies if the category allows for genders.
