ES translation

Adds DisplayName override for vanilla maps (in addition to ItemName override). Adds support for Bedford Falls and SF's Cooking Time.

fixes bug that caused read-one-page mechanic fail in 50% of games

changes naming convention of the submods, and removes the requirement that Flag as Read be loaded.

Makes a small change to how the submods are split. The change is designed to make a more seamless and automatic transition to having Read One Page being a separate submod.

Also renames the book sets ice cream flavors because that is obviously the correct thing to do given that the originals are called vanilla and my logo is an ice cream carton.
