Re-balanced starting units.
Cleaned up the national focus tree. (Will start expanding it out further.)
Demanding Core Territory from Bulgaria requires 75% war support.
Raising Varangian units require 75% war support and cost 50 political power. (These are very high quality units was too easy to get them all right away).

Austria, Germany or Russia will seek to help and potentially ally Bulgaria if you don't defeat them quickly. Austria will protect it self better from you.

National focus now has a CB against Austria.

Air and Naval units start with XP for GRE,BUL,EGY and PER.

Many more changes to the starting set up. Your neighbors are more aggressive towards you. fixed and changed many events and decisions. Tons of Localization and unit name changes/fixes.

Conflict can possibly happen in both the east and the west at near the begining of the game.
