- Reverted the folder structure change for Languages. Apparently they can't be under folders?
- Fixed errors in the loadfolders.xml causing 1.3 to look for mod changes under 1.4 folders.

- Duplicated the two Deliver to construction projects tasks. This is for Biotech only and by doing this it allows Lifters to once again haul to construction projects after they have completed their other tasks. This does result in colonists hauling to construction projects when on hauling if they finished everything else but that shouldn't be an issue.

- Added patch for children. Three year old children doing rearming, refueling, mortuary etcetera is vanilla behaviour.

- Added Paint Worktype which can be enabled with Vanilla Expanded Framework options.

- Added a patches for Vanilla Genetics Expanded and Vanilla Genetics Expanded More Lab Stuff to reorder all the tasks into a more logical flow to eliminate the need to micromanage people. Tasks go from quickest to longest and are ordered so you aren't using up genomes before you duplicate them.

- Added Optional Convert worktype at request.
- Changed label for Cremate to Mortuary. This is entirely cosmetic I didn't change def names. This label should be more fitting as the work type is intended to deal with all things related to dead bodies which is necessary since dlcs and mods are adding new tasks as time passes.

- Added some support for Ultratech: Altered Carbon Remastered. Removing stacks is a cremating job since it deals with all corpse related things. I also increased the work priority for decrypting stacks so its above research otherwise it never gets done. May look into changing loading and unloading stacks later because its on hauling.
