- Overhauled the file structure. Everything mod related is now under Mods (Except a few mods), each mod also now has its own folder and the LoadFolders.xml checks if a mod is active before loading its folder. The purpose of this change is so I can have different setups for Complex Jobs such as a Medieval variant for big overhauls such as Medieval Overhaul.
- Added a massive amount of missing load order information.
- Removed 1.3 patches for Bulk Stone Cutting, Combat Extended Fast Track, Feed the Colonists. All of them look to be obsolete.
- Changed Rimefeller Supervise Drilling from Mining to Drilling.
- Changed VFE Power Gas Refinery to Refining.
- Changed Vanilla Empty Egg Box from Hauling to Handling.
- Fixed patch for VFE Security Rearm Traps.

- Moved Ideology Extract Skull from Hauling to Cremate and changed its priority.
- Changed priority on Vanilla Powers Do Bills Gas Crematorium to accomodate Extract Skull.
- Added Vanilla Powers Burn Gas Crematorium to Cremate and changed its priority.
- Fixed an issue with the patch for Dubs Bad Hygiene that caused Refill Water to not be changed.
