- Forcing your federation allies to change their Trade Policies and First Contact Protocol should now work properly.
- Hopefully fixed a bug where the Deus Vult casus belli wouldn't show up properly.
- Decreased the Deus Vult casus belli cooldown from 50 years to 30 years.

- NEW Federation Type: Organic Mutualism (available for Hiveminds).
- NEW Federation Perks: a bunch of new federation perks for the Organic Mutualism federation.
- NEW Federation Perk: Holy War, for spiritualists. Allows declaration of Great Holy Wars and ensues bordergore.
- NEW Federation Law: Diplomatic Contribution
- NEW Federation Law: Public Policies
- NEW Federation Law: Associate Protection
- Stronger variants of the above laws for Pacifist Associate Protection) and Xenophile (Diplomatic Contribution) federations
