Happy 4th of July to those who celebrate it.

- Reduced overall charge damage for all units.
- Decreased casualties overall but increased the time before a unit becomes exhausted. This should mean you have a slower, but steady decline in men during combat, which will slowly reduce the more tired the unit.
- Increased casualties for exhausted units. This will mean once exhausted the two units will grind each other down until one routs, stopping battles lasting forever. Units should become exhausted after 9-10 minutes of combat.
- Slight decrease to cavalry damage to compensate for the fact their attacks ignore melee defence.

Nerfed cavalry damage a bit, should make the overall combat longer and means you need to hold back your cavalry charges until enemy units are shaken or are tired:
- Increased charge reflection damage against cavalry.
- Added charge resistance against cavalry for high morale melee infantry.
- Decreased collision damage for all units.
- Reduced the morale debuff from being charged by cavalry from -8 to -6.
- Increased cavalry charge damage vs fleeing troops.

Also made a few morale tweaks:
- reduced morale loss for losing combat.
- increased morale loss for nearby routing allies.
- reduced morale loss from being frightened by nearby enemies.
- tweaked the morale modifiers from difficulty, morale reduction for player on hard is no -3 instead of -5.

Update: 01/05/2020
- Refined infantry charging, should reduce blobbing on the charge.
- Reduced armour increase for routing units from +50 to +25.
- Reduced melee damage boost for fresh/active units from 5x base and AP damage to 3x. This should make combat a bit slower, but will also mean units rout less quickly when charged.
