Added patch for Vanilla Cooking Expanded. You can make cooking grade moon sugar at the condiments bench. This can be used as a condiment, its effects are half that of regular moon sugar.

Changed the skooma and moon sugar textures slightly.

Reduced addictiveness of skooma (10%) and skoomax (20%).

Both skooma and skoomax are now categorised as hard drugs instead of social.

Skoomax now takes four moon sugar and one chemfuel.
Changed the descriptions.

Changed a number of the effects for ingesting all three.
- Increased the mood buff
- Reduced the consciousness offset (decreases by less)
- Removed talking and movement offsets
- Increased the pain offset (reduces pain by more)
- Removed tiredness effects from moon sugar
- Both skooma and skoomax will give a boost to rest, but increase tiredness gain
