Revolution disasters and Hegemon adjustments, trying to fix or at least contain some of the bugs here.
Adding rebels related event to prevent AI from being stuck in endless wars.
Reducing Ottoman's Age bonus from 33% to 25% siege ability.
More effective fix to AI loans repayment priority.
Minor AI adjustments.
Loosening restrictions on idea groups for AI.
Adding comments, localization, fixing errors.

Increased AI priority for repaying loans by 500 times.
Making AI a bit better at managing Governing Capacity.
Added AI events that disbands Mercenary Companies. ( Temporary workaround )
War Enthusiasm changes, secondary participants are affected by balance of forces.
Limiting Estate privileges that give 5 loans, to 3 loans, disabling it during bankruptcy.
Various small AI adjustments.
Adding missing English localisation.

Added Trade Center to Paris, moved fort from Chartres to Paris.
Nerfed Land limit from quantity to 33%, for performance and balance reasons.
Getting Coal should automatically delete existing manufactory.
Expanded AI dev click to prioritize gold provinces in the beginning of the game. Limited to 9 production.
Ramparts and State House no longer considered as manufactries. Both have limit per state and no bonus.
Fix to AI economy.
Various small AI fixes.

Light reform growth penalties for Tribes and Nomads.
Fixes to AI logic.
