Compatibility patch for Stellaris 4.0:
- Incorporated Behemoth Fury perk from Biogenesis DLC as an advanced perk.
- Incorporated changes to Colossus Project, Eternal Vigilance, One Vision, Shared Destiny and Transcendent Learning.
- Decided against incorporating the chance to draw FE building technologies that was added to Enigmatic Engineering. Chose to instead give that bonus to Galactic Contender.
- Decided against incoporating the increased Council Agenda Speed that was added to Executive Vigor because it dilutes the focus of the perk. Chose to instead retain the bonuses I gave to the perk (-20% edict cost/upkeep).
- Was amused to find out that changes to Archaeoengineers and Stellar Dominion already matched the mod.
- Updated Technological Ascendancy to account for Researchers getting split into Physicists, Biologists and Engineers.
- Updated Xeno-Compatibility to account for the new pop system.
- Updated council agendas to account for new ascension perks & traditions and terraforming links to account for the Wilderness origin.
- Cleaned up unnecessary economic categories that as far as I could tell weren't doing anything except messing up compatibility.
- Deleted megastructure file that as far as I could tell wasn't doing anything except messing up compatibility.

Other changes:
- Cosmogenesis reward for researching a new technology reduced from 50 to 25.
- Enigmatic Engineering now provides +25% Shield Hardening.
- Machine Worlds perk now allows terraforming toxic terraforming candidates directly into Machine Worlds to match how Hive Worlds perk allows terraforming them directly into Hive Worlds in the unmodded game.

- Incorporated new bonus to specimen output from Grand Archive DLC into Archaeo-Engineers.
- Incorporated new bonus to damage vs Voidworms from Grand Archive DLC into Defender of the Galaxy.
- Consecrated Worlds now gives Holographic Rituals instead of Terrestrial Sculpting as a permanent research option. Players can use the agenda of the Adaptability tradition to gain early access to terraforming.

- Incorporated the new Galactic Weather Control ascension perk as an intermediate perk.
- Incorporated fixes from the 3.12.3 patch for Stellaris.
- AI empires now use the government agendas from ascension paths to get access to technologies they need to unlock their ascension path tradition.
- Removed the Detox ascension perk. The funcionality of terraforming toxic terraforming candidates has instead been incorporated into the World Shaper, Hive Worlds and Machine Worlds ascension perks.
- Nihilistic Acquisition now gives +25% Slave Pop Resource Output instead of only +10%. If you have the Barbaric Despoilers civic it now gives +1 Civic Slot instead of a bigger slave output bonus.
- Shared Destiny now gives +25 Subjugation Acceptance and the number of subjects exempt from divided patronage is incread from +1 to +2.
- Technological Ascendancy now gives +1 Unity from Researchers and +1 Scientist Capacity, but the Research Speed bonus is reduced from +15% to +5%.
- Transcendent Learning now gives +1 Leader Starting Skill, +1 Leader Trait Options and +1 capacity for each leader class instead of +2 Leader Trait Options and +2 Scientist Capacity.
- Cosmogenesis now requires the Mega-Engineering technology.
- Updated Cosmogenesis crisis objectives so the base amount of Advanced Logic they generate is lower, but fixed instead of being reduced based on the number of other empires. In most cases the amount will still be much lower than in the unmodded game, which is intentional in order to make the Synaptic Lathe more necessary to reach the highest tiers of the crisis path in a reasonable timeframe. The second and third tier can still be reliably achieved without the Synaptic Lathe, so you can have your Battlecruisers even if you refuse to build it.

- Implemented Cosmogenesis as an advanced ascension perk. It requires 4 other perks to be selected first, compared to 3 in the unmodded game.
- Updated Defender of the Galaxy, Galactic Nemesis and Hydrocentric ascension perks to function properly with the 3.12 Andromeda patch.

- Consecrated Worlds now gives +25% New Worlds Research Speed and Terrestrial Sculpting as a permanent research option instead of +2 Physics & Society Research from Priests and Holographic Rituals as a permanent research option. Intended combo is with World Shapers (terraform small planets/moons into Gaia worlds and consecrate them).
- Galactic Contender no longer requiers the Destroyers technology and no longer gives Cruisers as a permanent research option.
- Galactic Force Projection is now an intermediate perk and requires two other perks to be selected first. It also gives +1 Unity from Soldiers and Cruisers as a permanent research options and requires the Destroyers technology.

Patch released to accommodate the perk changes in the 3.10 patch for Stellaris.
- Archaeo-Engineers no longer gives +50% monthly Minor Artifacts, but instead gives -20% Minor Artifact Ship Cost (it gives -10% in unmodded). It also gives +1 Scientist Capacity (new umodded effect in 3.10).
- Eternal Vigilance now provides +1 Commander Capacity (new unmodded effect in 3.10).
- Galactic Force projection now only has the new unmodded effects (+2 Influence from Power Projection, +1 Commander Capacity, +50 Fleet Command Limit, +100 Naval Capacity). Keeping the +1 Alloys from Soldiers would've been overkill. However, it still gives Doctrine: Fleet Support as a permanent research option.
- Imperial Prerogative now gives +2 Official Capacity instead of +2 Leader Capacity (new unmodded effect in 3.10).
- Shared Destiny no longer gives extra envoys and trust cap to empires who have Feudal Society or Franchising civics because of the changes to how the divided patronage modifier works.
- Transcendent Learning now gives +25% instead of +33% Experience Gain, +2 Scientist Capacity instead of +2 Leader Capacity and no longer increases Leader Pool Size (new unmodded effects in 3.10). However, in addition to unmodded effects it also gives +2 Additional Leader Trait Options if you own Galactic Paragons (bigger selection of traits to choose from when leveling up).
- Universal Transaction now gives +1 Official Capacity and +20% Commercial Pact Efficiency (new unmodded effects in 3.10).

- Mechromancy perk now gives Kinetic Battery as a permanent research option. Also updated the AI weights to choose the perk to be in line with other advanced perks in the mod.

Small patch released to accommodate the perk changes in the 3.9 patch for Stellaris.
- Voidborne & Mechromancy have been incorporated in the mod with vanilla effects. Both are advanced perks and require selecting 2 other perks first.
- The mod no longer changes ascension path perks because they now already require 2 other perks to be selected first in vanilla.
- Fixed a bug that prevented Galactic Force Projection from increasing your command limit. Thanks to Daedwartin for spotting it and providing a fix.

This is somewhat of a "custodian" patch for the mod.
- Enigmatic Engineering now properly gives you Basic Cloaking Fields as a permanent research option if you have First Contact DLC.
- Added +2 Leader Capacity to Imperial Prerogative (as it has in vanilla).
- One Vision now gives hiveminds -25% Deviancy instead of +50% Governing Ethics Attraction and Unity of Purpose as a permanent research option instead of Autonomous Agents.
- Nihilistic Acquisition now gives gestalt empires Interstellar Campaigns instead of Unity of Purpose.
- Transcendent Learning now has vanilla effects (Leader Experience Gain reduced from +50% to +33%, removed +2 Leader Minimum Level, added +1 Leader Pool Size), but it still gives Vitality Boosters or Administrative AI as a permanent research option.
- Adjusted AI weights for leader related perks so they take into account if the AI picked Aptitude or Statecraft tradition.
- Changed how triggered effects are implemented on a technical level for Nihilistic Acquisition and Shared Destiny. As a conseuqence if you are a Barbaric Despoiler who picked Nihilistic Acquisition or a Feudal Society/Franchising megacorp that picked Shared Destiny, you will lose the AP after loading an old save, but you will have a free AP slot and can instantly re-select it.
