"add research" was broken in game update 3.1 even if u own the PHQ, and used "add research" it did not give the research it was supposed to give the player, even if u own all the resources to manually start them.Now only owning the PHQ and using "add research" will give all the research.

Update 1.05
Fixed a long standing issue since this mods Creation, where Weapon,Engine,Thruster,Missile and Ships were not being given to the player with the "add blueprint" option. Unfortunately Drones, Consumables and countermeasures is not seen as Blueprints in the game data ATT. This option will not add all mods ships I added to the data base either due to name indifference's between mod creators naming schemes.
Tho the "Add ship" option will show all the ships due to it being separated
