Re-cooked with updated dev kit, removed the grenage as it didn\'t work properly

Added craftable Element and Element Shards to the Officer Dibble Table

Fixed the oxygen depletion on Eeza's Cloth Titfa (Hat) so that you no longer have infinite oxygen when in water but it does slow down the consumption to 25% of normal so you can go for longer.

Altered the chainsaw so that you can use it underwater to bring it in line with the stone saw.

Added Eeza's Low Stealth Cloaking Thingy, Low Stealth Eeza's Desert Cloth Armour and fixed the green ring around the nosh trough

Added Eeza's Stone Saw and altered the hit boxes on all the structures for better placement against walls if you have collision on in the settings

Added Eeza's Feeder, added configurable weight reductions to tek, desert cloth, cloth, and thermal hats
