[SEMS]-Vanguard sea version added and will spawn on water when player is less then -500 rep with SEMS faction and MWI collection 2 version added too.
fix for IMDC Atlas spinning around with player inside hacking.

Fixxed Issue with Spawning Arrowheads and other drones not despawning when no targets are found When Faction are at peace with you for friends. please report anything that may be sticking around that was spawning by other ship/base that just sit there and do nothing.
