Added "ignore required mods" config for RPGO so that Akimbo Class ignores the Community Promotion Screen requirement while RPGO is present.

Removed X2DLCInfo file, as it's no longer needed.

Windcaller's Legacy and Intercept are now granted for choosing at least one of the Stormrider specializations, or for learning at least one perk from them.

GTS perks are now part of the perk tree.
