- updated guillies modifiers compatabilities
- (kinda) fixed a bug with primitives not filling their jobs

- fixed various bugs
- when the planetbuilders start a building-stage, they will now add a country-modifier that tells the player, how much time is left until they are done
- tweaked the amount of time it takes to build planets (mostly lowered them)
- added some missing textures for the golden planet
