fixed the infinite Repair-Exploit

My first little Update arrives:


In This Update comes a small amount of new and reworked or reactivated Items into the Game.

- The first one is a new variant of Gardensoil.
- My WD40 WeaponCleaner has become a tube to insert the grease more precisely.
- I also added a smaller can of WD40
- Next Item is the Butane Canister which was a not active Vanilla Item without any functionality.
Now you can refill the blue GasCanisters for GasLamp or GasStove
- the following item was also in the gamefiles, but not really functionality - the Lighter
The Lighter can be used to ignite Fire like the matches and consume Gas, can be refilled with the Butan Canister as well.
- Last but least also a Vanilla Item what is lost the last few Years - The WalkyTalky with very low transmitter range.
