fixes if-else syntax error, and improves the names of the submods so that they sound better and so that alphabetical sort also puts them in order of importance

Updates the recipecode so that the quality of chipped stone spears is better than the condition of the original spear, rather than exactly the same. It will always improve the condition of the spear, and will roughly double it with high carpentry skill.

Other spears still use the vanilla code, however, which I've noticed does not allow for an upgraded spear to ever have a higher HP than the original spear, even if the upgraded spear has a much higher potential max HP.
