Hot Fix #1
fixed multilayer lag issue with scout.


Reduced damage for the AP Gauss rifle to better balance weapon damage against vehicle vs battletech values compared to some vehicle addons. maybe still a bit on the OP side.

Damage went from 3000 to 1700
