Reverted update from 22nd of April due to possible server crashes. I'll try it again after a nest update.

Moved the limit hook onto a different singleton, but the missing sound of reports of overspawning has became less common.

Hopefully this won\'t crash/not work/lag/nuke/turn your saves into a BFBVFS. Hopefully Astros and Magmasaurs are now counted by the NPC managers. TWW, please let me have freedom and don\'t force me to sleep by handcuffing me to my bed.

Actually implement fix for Astrocetus.
Because the DevKit is a wonderful place, this mod now temporarily includes a Turkey, gifts and Gacha Claus. Working on it.

- Disable Magmasaur on Ab\'s Surface due to overspawn.
- Re-enable Astrocetus.
- An intentional feature on Astrocetus has been disabled.
