+Reworked Encounter Spawing:
Enemies will now pull from an encounter list, respecting force level rules and leader/follower dynamics.
Additionally, the encounter list is generated from each respective unit, rather than defined directly in this package.

Individual Units can be removed from ADVENT's unit pool, so they only appear in in this distinct Raider Faction. This is customizable in the config file XComUnitsToRemove
