Finally decided to get around to reworking these a little bit, hopefully fixed a lot of the bugs they had, as well as made a lot of minor performance enhancements. Also venator should not break server anymore hopefully

Fixed issue with Vanillas Hyperspace Tool where turret positions were set incorrectly

Updated Turret AI to match recent addons, as well as made turrets align every so often when the turret has no target, this should hopefully fix any turrets from getting misaligned somehow
