Corrected some Hull box placements and deleted loose ammo and put ammo in containers to replace update glitched ammo.

Adjusted Price and class.

Actually went through and ensured everything is wired and working properly. Adjusted the position of some machine, hull blocks, and lights. I didn't realize how badly this was slapped together. I'm ashamed I even uploaded it in that bad of condition. Side coils guns weren't linked to the ammo supply, the top light wasn't wired up, The slip top level was using just one hull block even though it should of been devided with two. The platform was too high to actually stand on it. All that has been fixed.
