Added tinting for hide and leather products.

Fixed some transparency issues.

I've attempted to fix the issues that were introduced with the final official patch of the game.

Sadly I'm on a new computer and didn't have any of my old files, so I needed to create a new mod ID.

Please let me know if this new mod has any issues!
