-Fixed an issue where Sam's torso gear accessories weren't accessible unless using something like Unrestricted Customization (i really, *really* should have gotten on that sooner, but oh well)

-Adjusted the weight painting of the metal plating on his right arm and chest to be completely solid, and not bendy
