Spice counter is now empty if spice dialing is turned off.

You can now cycle to max by trying to go below 0, as well as cycle to 0 by trying to go over max.
Maximum for spice is calculated from forces allocated.

Made spice counter go to 0 if spice dialing is turned OFF.

added a button to turn on/off the spice dialing.

Added code to save and load dial values when placed in a bag.

Made force and spice dials turn red if dialing too much.
