Edited the mod to have safeguards when using a lot of different mods that do the same thing.

Basically lots of safe guards in place.

Update Summary

🔧 Tile Cooldown System
Abandoned tiles now persist for 1–30 in-game days before clearing. This is configurable in the mod settings. The cooldown system can be disabled completely and it will just directly abandon settlements instead of generating abandoned settlement tiles.

🧠 Manual Removal Gizmo
There's now a gizmo to remove abandon tiles made prior to having this mod installed. This will trigger the cooldown if enabled.

🕒 Cooldown Tracker
Displays how many days remain on an abandoned tile in the inspect panel. Prevents re-abandoning tiles already on cooldown.

DevMode error "Should" be gone. :) If not, it's likely a one time deal. Feedback welcomed.
