Fixed secondary launch bug which made pawns disappear. NRE Error. Invalid cast, that kinda thing.

Cleaned up a lot of code, should be less buggy and more consistent.

I also changed the weight of the cargo pod... despite it being a little OP, it was done for your convenience as my mod user. It should prevent the immobile caravan warning most of the time, since instead of 100,000kg it's down to 20. (Also if you use minify everything this means pawns can move it again!)
