Adjusted spawn location of bugs on ant hill spawn so they will not spawn in the mesh of the ground as easily. I recommend using the structure on a foundation.

-AA Ant Hill will no longer allow 8 ants to be spawned in the area at the same time

-Logic to detect add-ons changes to be more reliable

--Ant hill injects Bug Repellant into the ant hill to drive out the ants to be harvested in your choice of method.
--Spawns 4 ants at a time at the cost of a single bug repellant with an ini adjustable time between ant spawns. (See ini discussion for all ini options) AntHillSpawnRate=120 by default. Can range form 20 to 900 seconds between any spawns depending on how much CP you want.
