Fix:
- To players with politicians Tier 3 or above in the Humanity Defenders party, I have added a gold bonus to prevent units to desert before the first wave hits. Then, you will be able to lower your power, or keep it. Warnings will show up if you are affected by the increase up keep of the politicians.
