ADDITIONS:
- Removed Muno CSS and replaced it with a Smash Ultimate Esc. one.
- Added spot dodging (might remove or balance, who knows).

ADJUSTMENTS:
- DSpecial (Ground) Speed has been increased from 8.75 to 10.75.
- DSpecial (Air) Speed increased from 6.75 to 9. VSpeed was increased from 6.25 to 8.25.

FIXES:
- Fixed the Jab.
- Fixed USpecial stun bug.
- Fixed FSpecial being super unsafe.
- Fixed DSpecial Air from making the other moves suddenly change their sprite angle.

Fixed Errors.

BALANCE:
- UTilt can now be jump cancelled or cancel into aerials.
- Dash Attack has an additional frame of hitpause.
- NAir now properly links into each other, first hit now only lasts for a frame to match the animation. Angle on Nair 1 changed to 178 (was 32), hitpause given an additional frame, BKB is now a 6 (used to be 4) and removed scaling on the first hit.
- UStrong scaling dropped from 1.75 to 1.6 (on weak) and 1.75 to 1.65 (on sweetspot)
- Fspecial has more endlag to better sell animation and for balance.

ADDITIONS:
- Added css_draw and init_shader for gameboy alt and to explain what each alt is.

Balance:
FTilt - Ends on Frame 11 (Used to be frame 18).
NAir - Second hit comes out 2 frames faster (Used to be 6 frames, now it's four frames), Endlag on NAir decreased to 10 frames rather than 20.
BAir - Ends on frame 8 (Used to frame 18), Hitbox moved 4 pixels out to make the move better.

Additions:
Aigis Codec added.
Really Rough anims for FSpecial, USpecial, and DSpecial added.

Balance:
Jab - Jab 1 has been fixed to not lose inputs.
Up Strong - Comes out Frame 5 rather than frame 4, can only be jump cancelled during the multihit.
DSpecial (Ground) - Now comes out on frame 9 rather than frame 6.
DSpecial (Air) now comes out frame 9 rather than frame 8.

Developer Commentary:
The jab change, may seem weird at first, but you could link tilts into jabs much faster by just holding the direction you wanted the tilt to come out of. While we found it cool, it ultimately might mess people up.

Up Strong is going to be a rather tough move to balance. It's a move that needs to be fast to properly link into itself but it's also a rather risky move to pull off if you miss. Not only are you in the air, and cannot move for 37 frames, but you also have whifflag. This choice was also done to prevent UStrong from comboing into itself.

DSpecial was also changed to come out significantly slower to make it harder to infinite with UStrong. While UStrong's infinite was breakable, it was still very strong against new players. We decided to make it harder to use it for that Noob Trap.
